Unemployment Ticks Up in Wright County, Minnesota and U-SUnemployment ticked up on the federal, state and local level in the month of May. The latest statistics from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development shows that Wright County’s non-seasonally adjusted jobless rate last month was 2.9 percent, up a tenth of a point from April. The new rate is also a half-point higher than the same period last year, and is up 1.1 percent from May of 2022.
