Digital Portfolio Monthly Templates for Student Led Conferences (2024)

Digital Portfolio Monthly Templates for Google Drive™

Perfect for Use at Student-Led Conferences!

Do you struggle with creating and maintaining paper student portfolios? Is preparing for parent-teacher conferences stressful, with you feeling buried under piles of papers, looking for evidence of student progress? My Digital Portfolio Monthly templates are just what you need!

Digital Portfolios are an amazing way to have your students collect and build a body of evidence of their learning, while encouraging student reflection, and goal-setting, both of which are so powerful! And because students are self-selecting the evidence for their portfolios, they are more invested in their learning, and YOU are freed up to do all the other things!

Each month, there are 6 templates. At the beginning of the month, students set a monthly goal. During the month, they collect and add work samples to demonstrate progress on that goal as well as other learning. They also add photos of what they are doing in the classroom. At the end of the month, they reflect on 3 things they are proud of for the month, highlight and reflect on at least 1 important piece of work, rate themselves on behavior and work habits, and reflect on how they did with their goal. I include detailed directions for how to get started and examples of completed templates.
